On Saturday, July 17th we will be having our Raw Foods Retreat. This is a day-long program including instruction in and demonstration of juicing, dehydration and raw foods preparation; lots of raw foods EATING; discussion of the health benefits of raw foods fasting & purification; some exploration of sitting, standing and moving meditation including Tai Chi, stretching, Chi self-massage and a meditative walk in the beautiful woods surrounding our home. . . and recipes to take home with you. Swimming in our pond will be available after our woods walk.
