March 31st -- Gourmet Mushroom Cultivation Workshop / Registration deadline: March 24th

April 21st -- Morel Mushroom Foray Retreat / Registration deadline is April 14th

May 20th -- Wild Foods Retreat / Registration deadline is May 13th

September 8th -- Organic Gardening Workshop / Registration deadline: September 1st
October 6th -- Autumn Wild Mushroom Retreat / Registration deadline: September 29th
 

All retreats/workshops will feature:

  • All day interactive, hands-on, educational program

  • Two full meals; featuring home-grown, organic, vegetarian foods and dishes prepared in our kitchen & outdoor wood-fired bake oven

  • Idealic setting in the Appalachian Foothills, 15 minutes outside of Berea, Kentucky; less than an hour south of Lexington

  • Take-home literature

  • Donations encouraged (family discounts available and scholarships/barters considered)

  • Deposit required in advance to hold your spot (limited space available)

  • On site camping and lodging available
