"Just a quick note to say thank you for all the effort that you put into yesterday's Mushroom cultivation workshop. Judy and I had a great time and learned so much. This morning we had Shiitake, cheddar, onion and pepper omelet for breakfast. We then set out the Wine Cap spawn in a couple of month old pear tree wood chip mulch bed that we have under our blackberries. Our two inoculated mushroom logs are in place in a moist shaded area on one side of our yard. We will try to be good stewards of our workshop lessons! :-) Thanks again for your time and effort. It was terrific to meet both of you and a wonderful day."
